Acqua Di Gio EDP embodies Giorgio Armani's commitment to sustainability: eco-conceived and composed of consciously sourced ingredients. By offsetting any remaining carbon emissions through a program of reforestation and conservation projects, Acqua Di Gio EDP ultimately achieves carbon neutrality.
The fragrance's ingredients encompass those that are natural and sustainably sourced, including those with certified origins, ensuring their traceability. Among the fragrance's sustainably sourced ingredients are hand-picked green mandarin from southern Italy; sage harvested in Provence, southern France; and vetiver from Haiti. The patchouli comes from Guatemala and is harvested through solidarity programs, meaning that Giorgio Armani guarantees decent working conditions and fair prices for farmers, and supports access to some basic needs for the community, such as access to clean water. The outer box is made from the same FSC-certified card as all Giorgio Armani fragrances, while the refill packaging does not contain cellophane.
