This is a cortisone-free cream, free of perfumes, preservatives, and irritating emulsifiers, that relieves itching and redness caused by atopic dermatitis, eczema, allergic reactions, and dry skin.
When the skin barrier is damaged, its protective function decreases, the skin loses water, causing dryness and itching, which leads to scratching. A weakened skin barrier is less effective at protecting the skin from irritants.
To reduce itching and restore the skin barrier, Bepanthol® Calm Cream was developed with physiological moisturizers that maintain moisture and increase hydration, and with panthenol, which promotes skin hydration.
