HERMÈS Eau de Citron Noir EDC
«A journey through the olfactory universe of citrus notes led me to immerse myself in the vast and surprising world of lemons. Among all the original varieties that caught my attention—citrus caviar, Buddha's hand, Eureka lemon, or four seasons—it was the black lemon, so smoky and with such a strong personality, that stood out as the obvious choice. Eau de Citron Noir offers a singular and paradoxical signature, such persistent freshness that it poses a challenge to its staying power: it is the midday-midnight cologne. THE CREATION Eau de Citron Noir, created by Hermès perfumer Christine Nagel, was launched in 2018. An elegant and astonishing freshness that reveals the paradoxes of a widely known and appreciated citrus fruit: the lemon. A sophisticated composition full of contrasts.
THE OLFACTORY NOTES
The Cologne Eau de Citron Noir, a citrus and woody fragrance, combines a sharp lemon and woody black tea with the smoky notes of guaiac wood.
THE OBJECT
The iconic lantern bottle is enveloped in a radical, intense blue. On the orange box, a stripe that replicates the color of the bottle creates an interesting contrast.
THE HERMÈS COLOGNES COLLECTION
