How to use
COLD USE
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or chill in the refrigerator to the desired temperature. Place the plush surface on your skin. Do not use for more than 20 minutes.
HOT USE
Microwave for 5-15 seconds, ensuring the gel beads are evenly distributed.
Check the temperature every 5 seconds until the desired temperature is reached.
Overheating may damage or destroy the product. Place the plush surface directly on the skin.
Do not use for more than 20 minutes.
