PERIO AID MAINTENANCE MOUTHWASH: Perio Aid Maintenance is an oral antiseptic for the daily care of teeth and gums. Indicated for the prevention of gingivitis, the maintenance of periodontal treatment, and for the treatment of inflamed, painful, or bleeding gums.
Perio·Aid Maintenance is the mouthwash with chlorhexidine and cetylpyridinium chloride indicated for active control in the maintenance phase after a treatment phase with Perio·Aid Treatment and for those cases in which the application of a low-concentration antiseptic is required.
Perio·Aid Maintenance is the daily-use antiseptic for common oral problems. Its formula contains: 0.05% Chlorhexidine digluconate, a broad-spectrum antiseptic with high substantivity (long-lasting). Bactericidal and bacteriostatic properties, for situations where a low-concentration antiseptic is sufficient. 0.05% Cetylpyridinium chloride, a broad-spectrum antiseptic that prevents the formation of dental biofilm, protects against gingival infections, and enhances the action of chlorhexidine. Indications: In cases of excessive bacterial plaque formation. As an aid in the prevention of gingivitis. Maintenance after periodontal treatment.
