The complete set consists of 5 Kegel balls with different weights (light blue: 37g, light pink: 45g, lavender: 53g, violet: 71g, and purple: 110g) so you can start slowly and progress at your own pace until you reach the heaviest ball. Apply a little water-based lubricant to one of the balls and gently insert it into the vagina. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles to keep the ball in place.
Train daily for 20 minutes for best results. The benefits of strengthening your pelvic floor muscles include more intense orgasms, greater stimulation during penetration, and improved bladder control.
