Oats, rich in vitamins B and E, nourish dry hair. Hair is left softer, coated, and also easier to comb. Oats are a cereal with a thousand virtues, rich in soothing actives, antioxidants (beta-glucans, avenanthramides), and nutrients. Furthermore, they are a valuable ally in your cosmetic preparations, especially for sensitive or atopic-prone skin. The effectiveness of colloidal oats in relieving discomfort and itching is widely recognized: it is traditionally used in bath preparations, masks, and emollient and softening poultices.
